New Dead Take videos highlight Ben Starr and Neil Newbon staring at the horrors of Hollywood

Under the name of Dead Take, we have a new horror game at Tales of Kenzera’s studio, which promises to surprise players by touching delicate issues, exploring the dark secrets of the entertainment industry.

Surgent Studios has released new dead take promotional videos. After revealing last week that Neil Newbon and Ben Starr will play two actors competing for the same role, Surgent has now released two hearing tapes showing their tests to the character.

Dead Take is starring Neil Newbon as Chase Lowry and Ben Starr as Vinny Monroe: two actors playing the role of “Willie” in the upcoming movie of a great Hollywood executive.

The players will take on the role of Chase, who is looking for Vinny at the executive’s mansion, where he disappeared after a glamorous party the night before. In these videos, the audience sees the two characters doing something that every actor does in everyday life: recording hearing tapes.

Set in a luxurious but isolated mansion in Hollywood hills, Dead Take puts players in the role of an actor looking for his missing friend after an extravagant party in Hollywood.

While exploiting “Escape Room” style and set up videos found along the way, players will reveal the darkest secrets behind the brightness of the entertainment industry.

Surgent Studios will reveal the rest of the Dead Take cast, including a list of prominent special appearances in the coming weeks.

Dead Take is scheduled for release this year on PC via Steam.
