The Last of Us Part II gains a chronological mode, now available for PC and PS5

Naughty Dog has announced a big news for players. The company today launched a free update to The Last of Us Part II Remasteredwhich is now available for PlayStation 5 and PC, allowing fans to experience the campaign in a totally new way.

The main highlight of this update is the addition of the unprecedented Chronological modewhich allows players to experience the narrative of the game linearly – an unprecedented way to experience the story of Ellie and Abby.

A new way to revive the journey

While The Last of Us Part II Originally it had a nonlinear narrative, interspersing flashbacks and event events, Naughty Dog now allows players to experience the plot in chronological order.

In this new mode, players will be able to keep up with the progression of events in a more natural order-for example, directly seeing the relationship between the moment Ellie wins the guitar and when she starts to touch it.
