Funko has announced two Pop! and a Pop! Rides in honor of the great Brazilian driver Ayrton Senna, who tragically died in an accident on the Imola track in 1994.
The Ayrton Senna Yellow Lotus Pop! Rides Super Deluxe comes with a Pop! of Senna driving a historic Formula 1 car, the iconic yellow Lotus 99T, number 12, with which he won his first victory in the Monaco grand prix in 1987. It measures 10 cm (4”) in height.
The Ayrton Senna (Lotus Racing Suit) Pop! Figure captures the future champion holding his helmet and dressed in the yellow “Camel” uniform used in the 1987 championship as a Lotus driver, including the logos of sponsors such as the now extinct Banco Nacional, among others.
The Ayrton Senna (McLaren Racing Suit) Pop! Figure reproduces the three-time champion in the red McLaren racing uniform, also holding the green and yellow helmet in his hand and including the Honda and Shell logo.
The Ayrton Senna Pop! they cost US$12 and the Senna Yellow Lotus Pop! Rides cost US429.99 on pre-order from Entertainment Earth, which accepts orders from Brazil.
