Warner Bros. Games and NetherRealm Studios released, this Wednesday (13), the Ghostface gameplay trailerserial-killer of the film franchise Panic (Screamin the original English version), as a playable fighter in Mortal Kombat 1.

The character is included in the expansion Queen or Kaoswhich also brought a new cinematic story, and is available from November 19 to early access buyers. Only from November 26th that it is available for individual purchase on all platforms.

This way, Mortal Kombat 1 follows the trend of guest fighters from other entertainment franchises that began in 2011. It is worth remembering that this season will also be marked by the arrival of Conan the Barbarian and the T-1000 terminator, d’The Terminator — which do not yet have a release date.

Ghostface’s gameplay draws attention due to the possibility of calling your companions to help during the battle. After all, many killers have assumed the same identity in films. Allies can be called in for surprise strikes or to switch sides.

Furthermore, the character can perform terrifying movements with his hunting knife, including crawling abilities that let you phase through projectilesknife throws and quick attacks.

To maintain tradition, the video also gives a taste of the fatality by Ghostface, which draws attention for its creativity and reference to the Scream franchise films. In a similar way, your animality appears at the end of the video, transforming him into a bloodthirsty vulture.

It is worth noting that Mortal Kombat 1 is available for PC, PlayStation 5 e Xbox Series X/Sfully localized in Brazilian Portuguese. To date, the game has already received ten characters via DLC, including Cyrax, Sektor, Noob Saibot and even Captain Homeland, from The Boys, and Omni-Man, from the Invincible comics.
