Board Game Halloween 2 – The Nightmare Continues with Michael Myers and Laurie Strode « Toy Blog

Trick or Treat Studios has put up for pre-order a new “1 vs Many” collaborative board game by maniac Michael Myers. Now inspired by the second film in the franchise, Halloween 2 – The Nightmare Continues, directed by Rick Rosenthal in 1981.

The game Halloween II – Hidden Movement Game comes with a special board reproducing the Haddonfield Memorial Hospital where Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis) is hospitalized after the events of the first film.

One of the players takes on the role of Michael Myers and the other participants must help the convalescent Laurie Strode escape from the hospital, putting her in a wheelchair and finding the keys to the ambulance before becoming one of the killer’s victims.

The player who controls Michael Myers chases other players, being an ever-present danger throughout the game, as The Shape is only visible when someone is looking directly at it.

The Halloween II – Hidden Movement Game game comes with 6 cardboard pieces with plastic bases of different characters and Michael Myers, character cards, cards, various tokens, 5 dice and a step piece.

The game was created by Emerson Matsuuchi with art by Nathan Thomas Milliner. It has been officially licensed and is suitable for 2 to 4 players over 14 years of age. It lasts an average of 60 minutes.
