New Hamleys flagship Chinese store opens its doors

Toy retailer Hamleys is heading to China, with the opening of its new flagship store in Nanjing.

Making its debut on Chinese National Day (October 1st), the store spans four floors and nearly 7,000sq metres.

Located at Xinjiekou Sanpower Plaza, the store boasts a range of entertainment facilities, including remote control car racing and VR games.

As well as the new flagship store in China, several other major Chinese cities are also set to get their own Hamleys store in 2017, including Beijing, Shanghai, Xuzhou and Hangzhou.
