Toy Fair 2014 is set to be the biggest yet – with the BTHA revealing it is on track to sell out at a similar rate to last year, despite the expansion into the Upper West Hall.
Last month, it was confirmed that the Greenhouse area had sold out faster then ever before, with a growing waiting list. There is just three per cent of stand space remaining on the ground floor and 13 per cent upstairs (at time of press).
K’Nex, Epoch and OID Magic are brand new exhibitors for 2014, as well as Jazwares, Hobbyheadz and Little Helper. Some exhibitors returning after a break include Wowwee and Brookite.
“The show has grown year on year since moving to Olympia, and we look forward to another exciting show with many returnees but also significant new exhibitors to look out for,” Simon Pilling, Toy Fair’s head of operations and sales, told ToyNews. “The show is on course to sell out at a similar rate to last year, which considering the expansion into the full Upper West Hall is extremely encouraging.
