Posh Paws has unveiled its company-wide rebrand with the launch of a new website, plus a logo and branding makeover.
The new trade website – www.poshpawsinternational.co.uk – enables independent customers to place orders online wherever and whenever they like without having to go through the firm’s agents.
Customers can now also view their account status and order history and manage payments all online.
In a release announcing the new site, Posh Paws said: "We really believe that this function will make a huge difference to our many independent customers, as well as attract new customers who may not have had access to our product range previously.
"It is going to be even easier for new customers who can now apply online to open an account with us."
As part of the rebranding, the new site now fuses the functionality of a trade website with the appeal of a consumer site.
‘We are very mindful that many consumers regularly visit our website looking for our products. We had to bear that in mind when we started our design process,’ read a statement from the firm.
In conjunction with the new site, Posh Paws has also launched social media platforms for the first time, aiming to keep consumers and customers up to date with new products, brand updates and regular competitions via Facebook and Twitter.
